Butthead Soulmate Indeed!
'Hey Dude! How ya been?'
'What's that? You want me to work on that hair again?'
'Let's work on the top here a little.'

'How about a little off the side too.'
'And a little off here under the chin.'
'Hey! I've got an idea for this top knot.'
'Just a little bit more.'

'Dude. You really need to try a little shampoo once in a while.'
'So what do you think, Carmon?'
'I love you man!'

'And I love my new do!'
'Oh Pops...you make me embarrassed to be a sheep.'
(I took at least twenty more photos as this love fest was going on. It was very hard to choose which ones to publish!)

Your captions are perfect! The pix where they are both looking at you is priceless! Love the top knot~
This relationship is as strange as the one at elephants.com. An elephant and a dog have formed a best friend relationship and spend all the time with each other.
These pictures are the greatest! I especially like the "I love you man" one. Can you get close to the sheep or are they skittish?
Carmon that is so lovely. It must be great to watch them.
Maybe you should take some video and send it to one of those Animals do the Strangest Things TV programmes.
Hi Carmon, Have been reading about your melanoma scare. Am awaiting the results of two biopsies done last Friday. I don't usually "blog" people but guess I'm just nervous about the outcome. Hope you are doing well. You're photos always put a smile on my face. Love your horses and their antics. Sue E.
Carmon,
Do you know of any other horse/other critter relationships like this?
I gotta say....I've had one of the worst days and this post made me giggle.
That's sayin' something.
That is just hilarious! I've been reading your blog for a while, but I just had to comment on that post! What a strange affair! I'm sure it feels great to the sheep, but why does he feel the need to groom the sheep when he most likely won't be getting anything in return?
And love the resulting hair-do!
Tami and Anon. - glad you enjoyed them!
Val, they were very shy in the beginning and took off if you even looked like you were going to approach. After I saved Lilly from the dogs though, they have gotten more and more confident. They will let us get within 5-10 feet of them now.
Winifred, I definitely have intentions of getting better videos!
SEE, my prayers are that your biopsy results will be negative. Even if it isn't what you want to hear, you *will* get through it! The fear is horrible to deal with and if it is worst case, please contact me at griton.corazon@gmail.com and I'll do everything I can to answer questions and guide you to support. Take care!
Robin, I'm thrilled the Weird Ones gave you a needed giggle!
Kara, it really doesn't surprise me that Griton is pursuing Umber as he is a very curious and playful horse. What surprised me the most is that Umber allowed Griton to take those liberties! I think they just have very similar personalities.
How sweet it is!
Those pictures are a riot! The EYES!!!
You know, it takes a great deal of imagination for a horse to groom a goat.
I'm inspired. :)
LOL!
This is so amazing. Umber really looks patient and like "not sure what you're up to but it feels kind of nice...please keep on doing whatever it is you're doing up there".
How nice of Griton to spend so much effort on making his friend look hotter for the ladies :-)
Love all the pics!
I love it! Great photos!
I cannot believe those two are still going. Unreal! Love the mohawk. Perhaps your horse just really wants to be a hairdresser. Give that horse a brush!!!
